Objective:
Through continued drills and interval training, swimmers focus on building stamina and endurance, and meeting time based goals. Athletes are expected to be swimming over 12,500 yards per week.

Age & Entry:
Coach recommendation.

Description:
This is an level where swimmers times and drill proficiency are a pre-requisite. Swimmers will:
- Take their potential seriously
- Take responsibility for their attitude and performance
- Continue to advance their skill level in the four competitive strokes, and associated turns, starts and pull-outs
- Accomplish the IM and relays
- Achieve time-based goals
- Emphasis on interval training and drills
- Train with the clock to attain meet entry requirements.
- Continue to develop dry land stretching and exercises, with an optional dryland strength training schedule
- Strive for an even higher stability and efficiency in the water
- Demonstrate team cohesion and leadership
- Mandatory swim meet attendance
