Vashon Aquatic Club offers year-round, multi-level aquatic programs that emphasize personal achievement, team unity and competitive excellence.

| Multi-level Aquatics Programs: It is important to the club to offer professionally organized programs that fulfill the needs of the Vashon community, and teach/train all levels of swimmer. In conjunction with the Vashon Park District, we now offer an Introduction to Competitive Swimming program, in addition to the VAC Competitive Team. |

| Personal Achievement: We want our swimmers to grow in every way. Our team coaching helps develop core skills and stroke technique, as well as building stamina, speed and healthy fitness habits. We also emphasis life-skills, such as self-esteem, responsibility, goal setting, dedication, perseverance, focusing of drive and ambition, and good sportsmanship. |

| Team Unity: It is at the heart of all great teams, and provides camaraderie and support to every member of the club from our youngest minnow to our oldest racer. We believe a unified, cohesive team can achieve anything! |
